1. About Dropli
Dropli provides man-and-van hire, home and office removals, student moves, furniture delivery, and waste-clearance
services across the United Kingdom.

2. Use of Our Website and Services
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
• You agree to provide accurate details when completing any booking or enquiry form.
• You are responsible for ensuring that suitable access, parking, and property permissions are available for the
pickup and drop-off locations.

3. Quotes, Prices, and Payments
• Online quotes are estimates only and may change once job details are confirmed.
• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is due before or on completion of the service, depending on the arrangement confirmed in writing.
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension and recovery of costs.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time incur no charge.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur up to 50 % of the quoted fee.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Liability
• While we take all reasonable care, Dropli cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or
other factors beyond our control.
• Customers must declare any fragile, high-value, or restricted items before loading.
• Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the value of the booking fee unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Prohibited Items
Customers must not request transport of hazardous, illegal, or perishable goods. We reserve the right to refuse any
load that may pose a safety or legal risk.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and graphics on this website are owned by Dropli. You may not reproduce or reuse them
without written permission.

8. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after
changes means you accept the updated Terms.
